Can I create a PR in gegl with the fix-ctx-msvc.patch patch?

@talregev I have skimmed the MR and it seems right.

I will see first if the gegl maintainer merges mine on ctx repo (despite it being on gegl, we don't push commits to ctx there since they would be lost after a new ctx release), then I will send yours

I think next step is to add ctx as port to vcpkg, and gegl will use it as 3rd party, and not as internal api.

@talregev On LGM2026 the GEGL developer talked to me personally that he really wants to make a new GEGL release (the MSVC fixes are already on master) but no ETA so far
